Yes a person can continue to use our applications if they leave their employer if you purchase a new licence.

The licence purchased by an organisation remains with them as they purchased the licence and are joint data controller with Changefirst. As a result, your user account and its data cannot be transferred outside of the organisation that purchased the licence.
