Where are my assessments?

Existing Assessments that you have created can be found on the My Diagnostics page.

On the My Diagnostics page you will see all the assessments you have created. The assessments are listed to show the name of each assessment, number of responses, risk score, name of Diagnostic tool used for that assessment, and date the assessment was last modified.

My Diagnostics also shows the options available for each assessment: collect responses, transfer (if using Diagnostics within your organisation), copy assessment, and archive assessment.

You can create new assessments using the Diagnostic tools available to you by clicking the NEW ASSESSMENT button.
