Cause

Changefirst have replaced the following modules using HTML 5 as Adobe Flash will no longer work from 2021.

• Thriving Through Change
• Delivering Organizational Change
• Exploring People-Centred Implementation (PCI)
• Leading My Teams Through Change

If you had previously accessed any of these modules before December 23rd, 2020 you must follow the instructions below to clear previous data and restart the module.

Solution

To restart a module that is open,

1. Exit the module first (if open)
2. Press Launch to open the module
3. Select to Restart.
