How many groups can I add to my plan?

Groups known to be most affected by the change should be prioritised and added to your plan (rather than include every group that could be impacted). There is a limit of 100, but not advised to have so many impacted groups and instead to group them.

Impacted Groups can be created from the following areas of a plan in Roadmap Pro:

• Describe the change and its role-based impacts
• Map the change environment
• Develop the baseline risk profile
• Identify key stakeholder issues and actions Stakeholder Analysis
• Create the Engagement Strategy for the change
• Define the process to involve people in the change
• Define the process for people to learn the change solution
• Define the process to reward and recognise change progress
• Prepare to communicate the change
• Build local version(s) of the Elevator Speech
• Build local commitment actions.
