My elevator speech is empty

The Elevator Speech in a Roadmap Pro plan (process steps: Draft the key change messages and Build local version(s) of the Elevator Speech) will load the content a user enters into the Initial Change Description (ICD) screen once only - when the ICD submit button is clicked.

Any subsequent updates to the ICD (even when Submit is clicked) are not loaded into the Elevator Speech. This is to avoid the possibility of over-writing content a user manually added to their Elevator Speech. So the content loading is once one way only.

Where this does not happen (content loading from ICD to Elevator Speech) is when the Elevator Speech has or did have content before the ICD has content that is submitted. Then the ICD content will never be loaded/over-write the original content entered into the Elevator Speech.
