In order to take part and respond to a Diagnostic assessment, Changefirst will ask for and store the person's email address that they enter - in order to access the assessment.
This information is used to manage and administer assessments.
Aggregated responses of group assessments will not include individually identifiable responses.
The user who created the assessment from your organisation will be able to see that you have taken part in a group assessment but will not have visibility on what an individual response was.
Results of a group assessment will be aggregated within your organisation for benchmark reporting capabilities.
