I get an error message when trying to download a file from the Files in a Roadmap Pro plan

Once a file is added to a plan through the Files function it will be checked for any viruses before it can be downloaded. If the check finds the file to be contaminated it will become unavailable when you try to download it.

A message will display after attempting to download a contaminated file, similar to this example below:

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below. <Error> <Code>AccessDenied</Code> <Message>Access Denied</Message>

A user should raise a support request with Changefirst to further understand why the file has been found to be contaminated.
