Each person must first register to use Changefirst services online (a user email can be registered only once). You would be given a link to follow to enter your user account details and enter your email address (which will become your username), review and accept the terms of use before receiving an email confirmation of your registration.
After successful registration you will receive a registration email containing a temporary password. Ensure that you enter both your email address (the one you used to register) and temporary password only and in full to login for the first time. You must then set your own password to use.
If your temporary password is not recognised, do ensure that you copy only the password, which is in bold and starts after the : (The on screen message says my account is disabled?)

Users where secondary authentication is required
Where your employer has requested that a secondary authentication method be enforced, you will be required to configure a device to generate one-time passcodes when accessing Roadmap Pro, alongside your password.
If you have never used authentication methods before, please confirm with your organisation the preferred authentication application you should use.
The screen will look a little like this example below, whereby you use your device/authenticator app to add an account and scan the barcode/qr code displayed on screen.
The device/authenticator app will show you a one-time code that you then enter on this screen whilst providing a name for the device/authenticator app.
Once you have configured a device/application to use that will generate one-time codes for you to authenticate each time you login, you will need that device/application each time you login in future to generate that code.
