How to create a new assessment

1. Select My Diagnostics
2. Click the NEW ASSESSMENT button
3. If you are unsure which tool you want to use, click on its INFO button for more information.
4. Once you have made your choice, click the SELECT button.
5. You must then enter:
   1. A name for your new assessment (this name will be shown to people you ask to respond if it is a group assessment type).
   2. Optional: Customise the introduction message (this message will be shown to people you ask to respond).
   3. Select the most appropriate change type your assessment relates to.
   4. Optional: If a test assessment, select yes
6. Click Next
7. Optional: Add segments (additional questions) to your assessment. More information on creating custom questions in an assessment.
8. Optional: Select the questions page to view the questions this tool includes.
9. Select the Collect Responses page, you must choose the assessment type. Note: If selected group is picked, you must enter the participant email addresses first, before distributing the Assessment URL.
10. Decide on how you will invite the people to respond/take part in this assessment, either/or:
    1. Copy Assessment URL - send this URL to the people you want to ask to respond
    2. Compose Email - a draft template email message will open containing a template that you may choose to use and send an invitation by your own email account.

Results can then be viewed via My Diagnostics.
