I can't see the results of my assessment

Results are available when an assessment meets either of these two criteria:

• The assessment is using the individual assessment type and 1 response has been submitted.
• The assessment is a group assessment (either selected or open) and has the minimum required responses.

A minimum required responses is set by each organisation.

If your assessment meets either criteria, then you may be trying to view the Results page of your assessment before the results API is refreshed to include the most recent responses submitted.

If this is the case, the results will be available up to 60 minutes from the time you last tried to view the Results page.
