Can I export my results/graphs of assessments?

You can download results of assessments that are loaded inside of a plan using Roadmap Pro.

In a plan select either Plan, Deploy or Track (depending on the step activity that you want to download) and select Process from the drop-down menu.

Every process step in a plan has a download button (if there is no completed activity then the button will remain greyed out), to allow you to export the information/data from then step. This includes assessments where the process step activity was to obtain data from a Diagnostic assessment.

When you click the Download icon the download will be a spreadsheet file contained within a compressed file (to allow for more than one assessment to be loaded into that process step), of the numerical results and graphs. Downloading the results in this manner means will you then edit the spreadsheet for further analysis and/or edit the visual appearance of the graphs.

You can download the graph results of assessments (in either an assessment from Diagnostics or an assessment loaded into a plan in Roadmap Pro).

When moving your mouse over a graph move to and click on the Save icon (top right-hand corner of each graph). The download will be of a PNG file of the graph as it is displayed on screen.

Diagnostic standalone licence holders can export assessment results into a spreadsheet.

This can be done by clicking Download at the end of the Results page.

When you click Download the resulting download will be a spreadsheet file of the numerical results and graphs. Downloading the results in this manner means will you then edit the spreadsheet for further analysis and/or edit the visual appearance of the graphs.
