How do I share a plan with a colleague?

The ability to share a plan for collaboration in Roadmap Pro is available only to organisational users of Roadmap Pro. The following roles apply:

Viewer: View the plan shared with them by a plan owner. They cannot edit/amend any content in that plan.

Contributor: Edit all content of a plan shared with them by a plan owner, except the plan name, description and cannot mark an action that is also a milestone as completed. A contributor cannot change the people a plan is shared to.

Owner: User who owns the plan and can edit/amend all aspects of the plan. There can only be one plan owner, per plan. Ownership can be transferred from the existing owner to another user. A plan owner is the only person who may change the sharing of a plan and mark an action that is also a milestone as complete.
