Yes. Not all clients even think of change as ‘change’, for some it’s business as usual and they don’t use the ‘change’ word at all. They still make full use of the Changefirst digital multi-lingual diagnostic toolkit though to help inform decisions, prioritisation, and development activity.
Incremental change has a dependency on engagement levels, so the toolkit can be used to support engagement development and leadership support of the culture required for a continuous improvement culture.
On the other hand, the methodology is often used to support what would be recognised as large complex transformational programmes, where things are more overtly managed in project and programme structures.
Again, the diagnostic toolkit can be used to measure and manage the people side of change and to inform critical decisions such as roll-out plans (based upon leadership, adapter and resistance behaviour for example).
