How do I change my authentication device (OTP generator)

If you are required to use a passcode generator (also know as OTP or TOTP) you may need to change the device from time to time (such as a new device purchase).

1. Login to Roadmap Pro before selecting My Account (top right-hand corner of the page).
2. Select Authenticator from the left-hand menu.
3. Configured Authenticators table will display your current authenticator method.
4. Click the dustbin icon to delete the current method listed.
5. The screen will now display confirmation of removal.
6. User must then either configure a new authentication method. If you chose to logout at this point without configuring a new method then on next login event you will be asked to configure.
